Godrej Appliances — Refrigerator set on fire

I bought a godrej refrigerator around fourth month of 2013 and suddenly around a month later it set on fire due to which i had to loss my expensive things which were in that room because the fire went viral and spread everywhere.I had done like four complaints the numbers of those complaints are 116368, 471623, 4782272, 430058 after complaining so many times i got a call from Mr Sandeep and Mr Alok, They told me that they will exchange my refrigerator with new one and they will even pay me for the loss but that never happened they asked me for the new refrigerator but i declined the offer but now i want either the money of refrigerator or a brand new refrigerator.
