There are many ways of making easy money. Not sure why godrej has chosen this home appliances business by selling defected appliances to its customers. A bunch o[censored]nqualified, unprofessional people at your customer care and hyderabad head office, think godrej has appointed them for very low salaries who doesn't know what to do with their life. And finally an employee at godrej hyderabad head office says that there are appointed to listen to the foul language spoken by the irritated customer. This really doesn't matter now. As i said I have taken my concern to consumer judiciary with all the evidence and even phone recordings how ur team had made me suffered with the defective product.
