Godrej — Delay in delivering and not installing till date

Bought a office table on 10.2.2015 for Rs. 11013/- in Godrej interio showroom at karkhana, hyderabad. They promised to deliver in 2 working days, but after repeatedly calling them on [protected], they delivered the table on 26.02.2015. They promised to install the same in 2 days time. Till date it has not been installed.
