Godrej is no more the brand it once was. It's website even contains a virus. It is NOT AT ALL interested in quality or service anymore. For example : One Mr. Harish Kumar and Mr.Anil kumar of Godrej, Ernakulam branch are cancelling complaints about Refrigerators after 24 hours, without actually attending to the faults of the customers. The customer is at a loss to contact anyone to get his appliance repaired. IF you buy Godrej, be assured of "NO SERVICE" They will just cancel your complaint and no one will ever know. They have also wrongly closed this and given several new complain numbers each day.

in the heat of summer, without refrigerator please imagine how a customer must be suffering.

Today also a technician informed that he had the freezer and would install it.
He even asked the route to my house which i explained clearly.
When he didn't show up till evening i called him and he said he had no information and no freezer was given to him.
This is the second time they are informing that they have freezer to be installed and not showing up.

I HAVE STOPPED BUYING GODREJ PRODUCTS in future and will share this experience with all others in future.
I detest communicating with godrej because you don't even have basic moral standards or ethics.
I hope more and more people come to realise this very quickly.
