Dear Concern,

This is to inform you that I had purchased my almirah from your Kirti Nagar, New Delhi Out let on 14/02/2016. Product Received on 09/03/2016. The same product for installation came on 11/03/2016 and found main door damaged, same has been informed in written to your representative.

I am unable to understand the process, now it's more than a month, I am unable to use household product for day-to-day use, no queries no response neither from representative nor from Company.

Request you to please change main door of Almirah, which is not yet installed on urgent basis, that product can be use.
