I have purchased one "Target 104 Work desk, Dark walnut Color" from Godrej Interio official website, " https://www.godrejinterio.com " dated on 15th January, 2024 with complete Pre-paid payment of ₹19, 129. The product was supposed to be delivered by 25th January, 2024. Yet since the product has not been delivered and whenever tried to reach customer support it has been told that product will be delivered soon but I have never been contacted...

I ordered a 2-door Slimline Russet colour almirah. I ordered based pictures available on website both mobile and computer.

1) I already have a Russet color almirah, and the one they delivered has a different color.
2) The door colour that was installed is quite different from the one advertised on the website. (see attached image)
3) The colour of the door is not ever similar to the one they displayed on email....

We visited Godrej Interio Showroom at Kuvempu Nagar in Mysuru to seek information on the modular Kitchen. When we sought a rough budget offer for our layout, the staff behaved harsh and were arguing baselessly with us.

ISSUE:: we purchased furniture from the Godrej company, but surprise and shocking that all damaged products delivered to us and now no one is bothered to attend and take actions on our calls and complaint.
