We ordered for a display kitchen and the initial amount was paid on 2nd sept 2018 and we were told that the product will be fitted in next 2-2.5 months maximum we agreed with all the terms and condition, in the month of november during our check on the product we were told that the product will be fitted by end of november (15 days past the commitment) we still agreed....

Order godrej interior almirah through amazon on 14th october, initially they delivered the parts on 22nd oct 2018 and did not installed it for a week, i complained regarding the same and finally my almirah was installed on 29th october, while installations, technician confirmed that it's a defective product with some parts missing in it, so we gave a written request for return or a refund. I purchased Helix coffee table[protected]SD00037) 02/09/2018 from Rishikesh show room. On 09/10/2018 it was deassembled itself due to brekage of one screw. I registered my complaint at that show room.
On 12/10/2018 technical person visited but he was unable to resolve the problem, because he didn't have the required screw.
Till date ......

It's been only 9 months and we have started so many problems.

1. Lock of the door is not working properly

2. There are uneven gaps between doors and body of the wardrobe which looks really odd although we have paid around 25, 000/-

3. While opening & shutting the door, we are encountering weird sound

4. The quality of the product is questionable...

I purchased recliner sofa single seat and after 1 year it's resin started wearing out.. Even after so many complaints for service of leathet they have not responded.. There after sales service is really worst.. After purchase of product they dont care about customers.. When we ask them any service they charge high rates but at least their service should match there rates...
