Godrej Interio — Broken foot of Helix Coffee Table | |||
Hello Team I have twice launched the complaint for a broken foot of my Godrej Helix Coffee table. But till now, it hasn't been resolved. The service centre guys says as the table has been bought from the dealer and not from the showroom, so the dealer will only proide the service. I talked to the dealer and he is telling me that the service is provided from the service centre only (irrespective of whether you buy from showroom or delaer); I am not sure how their service channel works but the point is a customer like me is gettng harassed by them. The last time I filed an online complaint, after few days they closed the complaint without any intimation, without sending the service guys, , This is simply ridiculous. Didn, t expect this from a company like Godrej. Can somebody please help ? Was this information helpful? | |||
