Godrej Interio — Dining liza chairs and victoria coffee table | |||||
My name is R Venkatesh and working as Deputy General Manager in State Bank of India. I bought home furniture worth Rs.3 lacs in the month of Nov 2015 from ur pan India biggest Godrej Interio showroom on Indiranagar 100ft Road, Bangalore. The furniture was delivered in Dec 2015. The Victoria coffee table came in damaged condition and was returned. It was replaced in Jan 2016 but came on damaged condition again. It is more than 3 months now and even after making repeated requests nothing has been done to replace it. The Liza dining chairs delivered in Dec 2015 came apart in less than 2 weeks. No quality check was done before delivery. The staff at ur Indiranagar showroom promises to send their technician to examine all the chairs and also replace them. No technician has visited our home till date. I am totally frustrated and disappointed at the cutomer service of Godrej Interio.5 months have gone by but nothing has been done. I request you to replace all the damaged furniture immediately or refund our money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
