[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Inferior quality dining set

Dear Sir We had purchased a dining table set of your reputed company brand on 17th june, 2015 vide invoice no 21I/[protected]copy of invoice attached ) of Rs 54670/-and after two months only we found that the product was of inferior quality and the chairs supplied to us were started losing from the back end. we had lodged complaint at customer care no[protected] for one chair whose back was broken. After various reminders to customer care and customer relationship officer Mr Prateek had sent the executive and got this replaced after two months( after chasing him so many times). In between, two more chairs back had broken (photos attached for your ready reference). we had lodged complain vide SR no D[protected] dated 09/12/2015 for the same with your customer care again and your engineers/executives visited and confirmed that they will replace the back of these chairs. We regret to inform you that after one month of complaint, we have not received any response for the same. Kindly note that till now we were regular customer of Goderj products and we were not expecting this type of response from a company of such repute. We have also lodged our complaint and shown these broken products at your showroom from where we bought these products but we were surprised that they were not even bothered to listen the problem and gave us the customer care contacts. We are also facing mental pressure due to this kind of response and a Goderj product with such inferior quality ( out of Eight chairs of worth of ~Rs 35000/- with in 6 months three chairs have been broken from the top) Since this kind of problem in the wooden products leads to a quality problem we do not want to keep this product any more with us and request you to take back the complete set and replace with the another product or our money should be returned back without any delay. we request you to take this letter as a notice for any further action e.g. lodging complaint with Consumer Court though it will not be a pleasant experience with a company of your repute.
