Dear Sir, My godrej almirah key have been lost and I need the key of the same. For this I requested for service on 01/12/2014. My service ID is D[protected]. The lady named Ms. shamina attended the call and told me that she lodged the service request and someone will attend within 48 Hrs. Today more then 24 Hrs. passed and nobody has contacted me for the same.After enquiring about the same, the same lady executive received the call and told in very rough way that I told u on yesterday that within 48 Hrs. someone will confirm the call after that your complaint will be attended and there is no system to give you the time frame for resolving your complaint. I want to say is this a way to attend the costumer. What an example your executive shown in front of a costumer.
