[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Maintenance with parts not providing of Beds (Furniture) after many followup's

I have beds purchased from Godrej authorised dealer at Haldia ( Manjushree ) westbengal - 721602 in 2011 but after one years some parts of beds has damaged that time my beds was in warranty period but after three years not any maintenance has done by dealers,
When i am asking then dealer representative just given slogan form matter in process.
so, pls. help this matter.
