We have ordered slide & store cup board from here. It arrived in 10 days. When company guy came to assembled it, he told there is one damaged piece which need to be replaced. So we contacted customer care guys many time for replacement of damaged piece. It took around 45 days. After 45 days they sent replacement of damaged piece & company guy came & assembled it. But they haven't picked up damaged piece from my home. Every time when i call customer service people tell they will send guy in 2 days. But those 2 days never come for them.
