Sir This is to bring your kind attention that we purchased some furniture from Godrej authorized dealer, Palakkad on 31/03/2014 (Das agencies, palakkad). All chairs rolling wheel is not working properly and one chair rolling wheel broken . We informed the same to Das agencies palakkad. One executive came to our office and told that they need letter pad request for clear the complaints. Its not possible to collect letterpad from the higher authorities for small complaints, we have the invoice copy with us for proof. So kindly request you to solve the problems at the earliest.
