Godrej Interio — Part Delivery Not received

To Godrej Interio, This is to inform you that I am facing lot of hassles after buying Godrej Slimline 2 door Almirah.I have ought the item on 3rd January, 2015 and same was delivered on 24th Jan, 2015.But at the time of booking Parksteet office of Godrej has taken the charge for the extra half shelf but till date that is not delivered.Each and every day I am calling Park street branch but they are not attending my query. Today in the morning I have called up your customer service number at [protected] a girl called Samina has picked up the call.She was so rude that I cannot continue talking to her, asked her to transfer to her senior but she disconnected the call, in this way you treat your customer, Where is the service for the customer gone????Can you please explain...
