Godrej Interio — Poor communication and delivery | |||
I have purchased Godrej 2nos. three door wardrobe and one 5X6.5 feet bed from Godrej wakad on 9/4/16 which was informed that would be installed within 15 days of date of purchase for which i paid 20% payment. i received material on 28/4/16 which was 20 days. During this time there was wrong calculation in bills raised by 15000/-, and when we received material after 20-25 days at home after long followup the material was defective, after discussion with them they told it would take more 10-15 days to receive the defective material. i think godrej is only by name and not by service. i had paid my full payment in advance 8-10 before material received. Even always we need to followup for material. Wereas i have also order for local party which isued me material and work completion then taken full and final payment. Even the quality of the godrej is too poor, and big communication gap in communicating to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Godrej Interio — New chair malfunctioning. Poor after sales service.
My new godrej chair is malfunctioning within 1 month of purchase. The product is covered under warranty. Despite complaints, no technicians have attended or visited yet. Irresponsible behavior towards consumers by Godrej Team.
