[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Problem related to Locking system of Wardrobe | |||
I have been using Slim Line wardrobe since November-2013. I have been facing lock related issue since long and i have called customer care executives for the after sales services for the same for 4 times. Every time either they are noting down the complains or else dropping the calls in between. Finally i called the mumbai office executive Mr. Saurabh on10.10.14. He assured me for the best services from your end. But still i am awaiting for the customer care executive to come and resolve the issue. Lastly i have emailed the complaint to [protected]@godrej.com, but still i haven't received any communication in this regard from after sales service team.
