Godrej Interio — Recliner not

Invoice no:84I/24133877 invoice date :[protected] order no:741208 we purchased the Product STSFRHP1051 - Rhine recliner plus from Godrej interio- Coimbatore. This product was delivered the same day, but the product was not installed properly, when contacted, we were told that a technician would arrive the next day to fix the recliner, the technician visited on[protected] and informed us that the product was defective and that the frame was bent. We were told that a replacement would be arranged within 5 days, but we did not hear back from the service centre/ supplier since. in spite of following up several times with the supplier, we have not received a proper response and we were not updated on the current status of this request. I request you to kindly cater to our service request and do the needful as soon as possible.
