Godrej Interio — Regarding sofa replacement | |||||
Hi I am anurag singh bought a parto sofa in 10th novemebr 2015, within 2 months automatically leather is getting tear down. I have put a request in january in your service centre, one of your executive came and taken picture but after that nothing has happened, again in february they have taken the picutre and till now nothing has happened. Naresh the service manager in hyderabad keep giving me a new date, since february. He is giving the silly excuses like problem in transportation service from godrej, truck got brokedown and yesterday he was saying that the replcement given by godrej was defective.
