Purchased a RHINE Recliner set on Aug 15, 2015. Within months it's leatherette turned patchy in colors and looked like an old set. After giving a service complain, company managed to replace the leatherette which took almost a month.
Now, once again the similar thing has happened. Same nature problem with the replaced materials.Already given the complain (Godrej Regd. complain no-W[protected] since couple 20th Jan 2016 but, no positive response from the service department.
Even I requested for a replacement of leatherette of best quality with any differential amount to be borne by me. Believe, there is a problem with the product in terms of quality.
