Godrej Interio — Rude Behaviour of staff from Byculla, Mumbai Showroom

With reference to above please note we have gone for the booking of Wardrobe in your Byculla showroom at 6:30 pm on 19.07.15 . It took some time for us to decide the product. But the lady in charge was in such hurry to close the showroom that she was just throwing us out by saying Don't you all understand it is time to close our showroom and you all are wasting my time i have to go very far to my residence. She was having her boy child with her in showroom. May be the reason so we don't know. In your site it is mentioned closing time of Byculla Mumbai showroom is is 8:00 pm and we reached there by 6:30 pm and have finalized the deal in half an hour or so. My brother in law who is a doctor also requested her that I am a doctor and i can understand that we have arrived little late but still there is some time and we want to close the deal today. Even if some penitent comes to us at the time of closing we don't say no to him. There also she didn't stopped saying you be hurry up I don't have time. Is this the way you all treat to your customers ? We come to your prestigious brand and this is what we get treatment from your sales staff of Byculla showroom ? This is very bad experience from your sales staff of Byculla. Sometimes it happens that some customers take some time to finalize the product that doesn't mean that one should behave in rude manner to customers. This is how you give training your staff ? We request you to improve the behavior of your staff and give them proper training to deal with every customers and also request you to take necessary step in this regards and revert back to us.

1. To get the delivery of Godrej interio cupboard from Byculla showroom, I had to call showroom number several times but no one picked up my call.
2. Then I went personally in the showroom to ask about delivery, some date was given to me. Product didn't arrive on the date given.
3. Again tried calling on phone but no response. So, again went to showroom to ask about delivery. Ultimately product was delivered but,
4. Installation person didn't come on decided date and again I had to call showroom for the same but as usual no one picked up my calls made at different days on different times. So, again went to showroom & told about this and finally installation happened but,
5. I had ordered an extra shelf which was not delivered. So, same things happened as mentioned in points 1, 2, 3 & 4.
6. Now, waiting for installation of the extra shelf..
