[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Unsatisfactory customer service - Sale of defective furniture

We have purchased -4- dining chairs from Godrej Interio Handa showroom at Industrial Area, Chandigarh. The chairs were purchased on 02.06.2013 vide Bill No.04604 and Receipt No.18303. Total amount paid was Rs.10, 369/-. We have been making complaints from 15.06.14 onwards to Godrej Interio that the chairs are defective and are shaking. However, there is no proper response. One of the chairs collapsed on 08.07.14 and other -3- chairs are shaking. You are requested to arrange for replacement of chairs immediately.
