[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — upholstry torn in sofa cum bed

I have purchased following item from your T.Nagar CHENNAI outlet under Ref.YOUR ORDER NO 253541 Dt 05/10/2013. The sofa cover/upholstery is damaged now. STSFDISE012 – DESIRE 3S SOFA BED IN DARK BW Packing list no. 910536, Invoice No. 841/24112785 Invoice Dt.[protected] You are requested to kindly help to replace the damaged sofa cum bed. I am unable to get through your toll free no. which is going on ringing with a tape msg but nobody ever comes in the line. Further actions from the company stands still. one tech visited and inspected the sofa and found it is in major disrepair and he will report to the company .Call no 406471 Dt 25 July 2014 Mr Sukumar) After 12 days another tech Mr Pandian visited and said the same words and went away. So far No action has been taken.Calls to other persons of your show room has not given any result. The warranty will expire in October first week or so. So i request any of your esteemed company's responsible person to look into the matter immediately. As the upholstery of this model is worst kindly take it back and give some other strong furniture in the same price range.I HOPE GODREJ WILL UP KEEP ITS GOOD NAME BY OBLIGING ME.K V SRINIVASAN
