I have purchased two wardrobe cupboards last month and one of them is recd in damaged condition. The company has promised me replacement with in 15 days but after 28 days also there is no revert form the company. The sales persons are not responding also the service team also not taken care some of the minor defects in another one. And no one is giving firm answers and not adhering the time frame they have promised.
