[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Wardrobe not delivered on time and repeatedly defective parts delivered | |||
I have placed an order at Godrej Interio, Pune for a customized wardrobe. The details of the Order are mentioned below: Order No: 170654 Order Date: 25/05/2014 Order Amt: 60, 273 The full payment was made by cheque upfront and the delivery period mentioned was 3 weeks. Already 6 weeks have passed still my wardrobe is assembled. After repeated follow up via email since last 2 weeks with Godrej Service team I have twice received defective parts. Now I am not even getting replies to my emails, If you are not able to solve the issue please refund my money with Interest and take back the defective items. Hi, I have purchased it from your shop on Nagar Road near Vimannagar. A lot of people are already following this case so I hope its resolved within the next days. I am already supposed to receive replacement of the damaged doors tomorrow.
