Godrej Mattress — Sagging of mattress.

We purchased one ORTHO mattress from MattressWala at Adarsh Nagar, Andheri west Mumbai 400102. This carries guaranty of 10 years. In no time the mattress started sagging. Complaints with mattresswala the dealer was not treated promptly. After several telephone calls we received a number of one Mr Vikas of Godrej. We lodged complaints . Some one from Godrej visited our house took pictures and copy of bill . Nothing happened. Again after 15 days one more person visited again asked for bills, took pictures and went. So many weeks have passed but there is no response. One Shankar asked me to contact Ms.Amrita for the status. She was unable to locate the complaints for quite some time. After she succeeded there was same answer --- give us 15 days !!! They are not at all serious . We spent Rs. 14, 000/- for this mattress as because we are suffering from backache and needed horizontal & hard cushioning. But the quality is very poor. Their promise is false and amounts to cheating . We never expected such product from name of GODREJ fame . Can some one do something in this regard ? I am planning to approach the consumer court now.
