[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Final Invoice on possession before project completion | |||||
Hi Team, To avoid compensation for the delayed project, Godrej has sent me the final invoice "On Notice of Possession" which is original scheduled on the completion of project. Project Name: Godrej E-City Planned Completion Date + 6 Months Grace Period: Ending on April 2016. Final Invoice- Is generate with due date April-24-2016 though the project is not completed. There's no electricity connection, amenities are not ready, unit (apartment) is also not completely ready yet. Also they haven't send any invite to inspect the unit before generating the final invoice. They also sent the advance maintenance invoice for the under construction project. I need them to generate a new invoice with actual project completion date and need compensation from Godrej on the delayed work. Thanks, Ashish Chadda Was this information helpful? | |||||

We wish to inform you the Notice of Possession has been sent across along with the final invoice received on Notice of Possession as we will be handing over the project on schedule, hope you have received the same. Post the completion of all formalities we will get in touch with you to set a convenient date for your visit to see your dream home at Godrej E-City. We wish to inform you since the apartment is being handed over shortly, the advance maintenance invoice has been shared as maintenance charges will be applicable immediately post-handover.
