Godrej Properties — Not refund money due to delay in possession as per ATS | |||||
Respected Sir, I am totally frustrated with Godrej garden city Ahmedabad. Godrej garden city had with me registered agreement(ATS) of flat Tivoli K for delivery possession on or before 31st Dec 2015 But, Developer delayed/ failure in possession as per commitment. Hence, i demand my full amount along with rate of interest at the rate of 15% which was signed by M/s Godrej authorities. Further to our on-going communications since November-15 and my personal meeting with Mr Hariharan on dtd:29th May 16 at Ahmedabad marketing office due to lack of responses & continue email communication since 25th May with Mr. Pirojsha Godrej & Ms Mamta Bakshi still date i haven’t getting my refund. I wonder how Godrej can claim that the company is customer centric? I am not sure how by causing mental harassment, agony & not fulfilling your own promises is called customer friendly, also your customer Centricity representative requesting to accepting delayed and get benefit by selling it in market. I need my money back with 15 percent interest of total paid. This is fair since they charge us the same when we are late. Why should i suffer because of their delays.
