I purchased a double door godrej refrigerator eon 405 ltr from your chandigarh exclussive godrej brand shop, sector 35, chandigarh on 22nd may, 2015.

From the day one, of the installation the refrigerator is not giving satisfactory performance. Time and again, your mechanic attended the fault. Even a team of senior officers from mumbai attended the complaint. The problem is inside 'fridge lights' (2 tubes). The refrigerator when it is on closed door position, very frequently it gives blue light on the display card (Installed on front door, which normally should not). For the last few days i am facing another trouble. When the door is in closed position for 7/8 hours (Over night), and the display card is not giving any light, the next day when the refrigerator is opened, first of all it does not open with light. Close the door again and open, the light begins.

My warranty period is going to be over by next week.

The company's after sales service shows poor performance.

Please do something and get the refrigerator either replace the same or properly rectify it. I mean to say, a refrigerator costing ra's.51000/- giving low performance. This gives bad name to the manufacturer. Please rectify the same urgently once for all. Today i have lodged a complaint over phone and my call q [protected].
