Goibibo — Inappropriate amount on partial refund against exchange with downgraded hotel booking

Prepaid booking for Rs 3551 was done on 16 th Nov for Tansen residency Hotel Gwalior for stay 5 th to 6 th Dec Booking Id HTLAB5XGY5. The booking bounced as no room. I have given concent for a down graded hotel under assurance of refund of actual differece. The booking was done at hotel grace booking id [protected] After lot of persuasion I was communicated for refund of Rs 1846 on 26 Nov. But again on 27 Nov, the amount was informed as Rs 1661. The refund matter was given id of952697 initially & later 934274. I am yet to get any refund in actual, but the refund calculation is being reduced time to time. Compatiable refund to be done.
