Goibibo — Money deducted but no booking confirmation and no refund of money | |||||
Hi, I booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore worth of Rs.1813 on goibibo.com. After transaction, my money was debited from my account but there was no booking confirmation from the website and on contacting the customer care no help is being extended by them. Very bad customer care service by goibibo .I booked the bus ticket from Chennai to Bangalore for 2 persons before 3 days . and one more dad thing is that we cant talk to them over phone and nor they reply in 24 hours. 560 rs from my bank account is take by them and even after 3 days no sign of refund. just go a ticket number .even after 3 days no reply from them. poorest service one can expect from them.
