This is being to inform you that my name is ASHISH KUMAR,
for journey
from visakhapatnam to Hyderabad, I booked the bus on date[protected]
and that amount is deducted from my account 584.10 rs but my booking
confirmation not come, so I call to your customer care the customer
care representative told me that your transaction has been done but
some technical issue at the gogibo side, so you book your another
ticket and that deducted amount is refund to your account, this
statement as provide by your customer care representative on date
[protected] to[protected] but on date[protected] your representative
state that they not receive that amount but as per the statement
attached the it clear state that the amount us transit in your account
