Goibibo.com — Amount debited, but ticket not booked. No refund processed from Goibibo

On 31.01.2015 I booked ticket from Chennai to Teni. During transaction, the amount got deducted from my account but the ticket not booked. When I checked with customer care, they said the amount will be reverted in 7 working days. But, still yet to get the refund amount form Goibibo.
