[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Booking Aborted but payment deducted | |||
Hi, I tried booking an air ticket from your GOIBIBO site. But it failed, stating “booking aborted”. Booking Amount has already been deducted from my bank account. In my back account statement, it is showing as successful payment. I’ve not received any gocash or refund. On the goibibo account, it's showing as ticket aborted. I tried your customer care number like 10-12 times. There is no option to reach out for this issue. I've already raised the request through express care twice, but i haven't heard anything back from you guys. I tried booking the return ticket on 15th August'2015: Name of “Mr. Roopam jaichand” From location: Chandigarh to Bangalore, From date :22 September 2015 to 28 September 2015.
