[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Bus booking refund not even initiated after 14 days | |||||
I had booked a bus from chennai to banglore on 2nd december. the bus wos cancelled by the operator and i applied for the refund the next day. but the still now they havnt sent even a mail regarding the cancellation or refund and whenever i call them, they are giving silly excuses like they couldnt contact the operator hiding the fact that they were taking bookings for the same operator in these past 14 days. i want justice to be served at the earliest. booking id :GOBUS8e[protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com mobile:[protected] chennai to banglore 2nd december Was this information helpful? | |||||
