Goibibo.com — Cheating customers

i booked a hotel on 13th June 2015. unfortunately i fell sick & not able to travel hence wanted to cancel or postponed the trip. but this GOIBIBO customer service says is i have to should have called on 11th of June to cancel the booking. how in the world possible for me to call you before i could book the hotel. does it make any sense???? this is how you cheat customer... it is better you people beg on the roads than cheating people like this.
