See how Goibibo.com cheat customers. I got the confirmation for refund amount on 5th and again got another mail today, they changed the refund amount which they confirmed before cancellation and now saying that agent confirmed the amount mentioned in latest mail. Luckily I have the mail which I got on the day when the ticket got cancelled to prove my point. The worst customer service and big time cheater. Dont trust their site.

Their have blunder technical issue in the site at first place. I searched the flight options and liked 2 routes and opened in different tabs. I proceeded in the tab which had shortest travel time and it was fine (Flight details) untill payment page and after payment confirmation it booked the ticket for the flights i had opened in another tab.

Worst customer support organization in the world. They don't even now attend my calls. Through their ticket system, I get a reply in their standard template.
