1.I booked ticket through your site.flight cancel due to operational reason. I cancel my ticket through airline site 23 jan 2015 and also call goibibo custmer care num.They told me my refund will credited in 7 days.But 8 days has been passed no refund credit ed in my account. I has been 7 time call and talk to custmer care.really I am very upset to yout service.flight detail Pnr I43Z8S ccu to portblair dated 24 feb and return flight 2 march 15 portblair to kolkotta.passenger name ajeet kumar singh and mony bahan patel 2.i booked another ticket kolkotta to shilong travelling date 22 feb 2015.But ticket did not booked and my accounts debited.i call customer care they told me after 24 hour your money will be refunded. But 72 hour has been passed, NO MONEY REFUNDED. really I has been fed up to your service.i was fool so I booked ticket to your website.approximate 32000 rupee pending to refund me.i want book another ticket but no money .I will never book any ticket through ur website.early as early pissible my refund credit in my account.
