[Resolved] Goibibo.com — fake commitments | |||
PNR: S5B9MSBooked on Sat Nov 22 2014. from newdelhi to jaipur and back on 24th dec . I got this cancelled however ibibo told me my refund has been initiated and i will get my refund in 2-3 business days however i have not received any amount yet though it has been 3 weeks since the schedule date of departure and I am being told that spicejet is not in good shape and going under financial crisis so long delay also can be expected and I will only get my refund only when spice jet initiates the refund which I am not sure when this will happen . My question is if ibibo is aware of the crisis fact then why is that they are listing such a carrier on there website ..just to make good money... Was this information helpful? | |||
