Here is an awesome example of fooling customers and running a scam. GoIbibo, I booked a ticket wrongly as due to app malfunctioning. Post that I immediately cancelled my ticket. Now see the calculation which they are giving me to take eway my whole money : Booking Details: Booking amount : 5351 Coupon Cashback : 254 total:5605 Cancellation Calculation : Booking Id: NSGTCHJWN Airline cancellation charges: INR 6036 Goibibo cancellation fee: INR 1000 Convenience Fee : INR 700 Refund Amount: INR 0.0 Now atleast I am not able to understand this policy of charging more on cancellation.
