Goibibo.com — Not able to reach to any customer care executives nor did get any response on emails

I tried to book a hotel in Ujjain on date 30/07/2015 on goibibo App, The money got deducted but received no confirmation (number/id).

The customer care is the worst as they do not have any representative only voice mail which asks for booking no. If I did not got any booking no How can I provide one?

They are not replying mails.
