Goibibo.com — My Gocash amount 3316 rs has been deducted but i dint get any ticket confirmation.Serious issue

No ticket has been booked in my booking history but i can see amount been deducted from my account. I need refund for the ticket as the flight has already gone and there was no ticket received by me. No customer care is there to resolve my query. i called all numbers but they are only voice response and nothing else. i called corporate office they just said i will help but then after 2-3 calls they are now disconnecting my call after picking at once.
