I tried to four book bus tickets on November 27th from Chennai to Madurai. First two tickets were booked successfully. While booking next two tickets, transaction failed for three times consecutively . After trying, I was able to book that tickets. I asked for refund and mailed them about the problem . They refunded for two transactions, but for one transaction, they said transaction is done and closed the help ticket. I once again opened a new ticket . They never responded.
