I, Sumit Bhadauria, booked a ticket from agra isbt to dehradun using goibibo.com and booking id GOBUSANDf8a1f[protected]. But when I reached the boarding station, it was told that bus is canceled due to some machinery problem. So I notified for the full refund of my ticket through mail. Then they registered the complaint and from that time I have not got any response from them and neither the refund. Please look into it. Operator PNR no.
