Hello, I was booked a bus ticket from GOIBIBO on 10th of this month.On 12th i was cancelled the ticket and selected the refund payment to gocash option.Again iam trying to book the ticket using gocash option it will says each time only 20% of the amount will be available for ticket booking. GOIBIBO cheating with the GOCASH option.Now what about my remaining 80% of the refund amount? Please reply... Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked a bus ticket from Rajkot to Pune but after the booking there was confirmation mail or sms. When I tried to book again it did not allow to book a ticket. So I booked the ticket from TravelYaari website. Now when the refund did not happened I sent them a mail, they asked for the ticket I booked from travelyaari. I mailed them the ticket. Now after around 1 month, they are saying they cannot refund the amount.
