Goibibo.com — Refund not processed even after 5 days from cancellation | |||
I booked a bus with Kesineni Travels using goibibo which got cancelled 2 days prior to the journey date and Travel guys told us that after our travel date the OTP will be generated and sent to us via EMAIL (which was provided) and that OTP had to be used to refund my money by goibibo as per the process. And as per the goibibo support team, we should get our money without OTP in case of bus cancellation and that has to be done within 48 hours of bus cancellation. I tried to contact support team several times by mail now and they are not responding properly. The reference number of my discussion on this with support team is #1946220. I would really appreciate if this can be resolved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
