Goibibo.com — Refund Not Processed Even After Flight Cancellation | |||
I have flight booked from goibibo.com with Spice jet PNR Number : NSGQ4EI5S on 21/01/2015 which got cancelled and they said amount will be refunded to my agent which is goibibo.com but till now I didn't received any refund amount spice jet said that they had already processed the refund and paid the refunded amount to goibibo.com but I did not received any refund from them till now. When I tried calling their customer care it only takes me to computer generated system but no real agent talks in person so please contact me ASAP with resolution on this
