Goibibo.com — Refund of amount not in my account but by using Go cash

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Amritsar for 3rd August 2015. It was not refundable ticket with only nominal return in case of cancellation. Now when due to some reason I cancel the ticket they refunded the amount into Go cash which i can not use at one go. I paid the amount using my credit card..Below are the details of their mail.
