Goibibo.com — Refund of cancelled flights

I have booked my return tickets from Hyderabad to Dehradun. As spicejet has cancelled the flights, they have refunded the said amount to Goibibo.but Goibibo is not willing to return the complete amount to us. They have only refunded the partial amount and are not replying to emails and phone calls. This is a cheating case on your part where you are not responding to our emails too..
