Goibibo.com — Refund of my cancelled flight ticket not yet reimbursed | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam It is submitted that I had booked a flight SG-224 Spice Jet from Delhi to Srinagar on[protected] with booking ref: NSGGF2JQB and date of Flight was[protected] with PNR:GF2JQB. The same flight was cancelled by the concerned airline. After contacting the concerned air line (Spicejet) I was told to contact the Goibibo company for the refund of my ticket amounting Rs 6700 / since I had booked the ticket from the said company. The undersigned contacted the company and despite repeated telephonic requests no action was taken. Later on complaints were lodged through official website of Goibibo (dated 18 Feb, 5 March, 27 March, 20th April, 4th June, 2015 and always given the assurance that the refund of my ticket shall be reimbursed within 5-7 days. Later on I was also asked to submit my cancelled cheque and ID proof which I did but till date no reimbursement has been made. The company is dilly delaying the process of reimbursement even after 7 months which is most unfortunate and highly unethical. Through this communication I request your good self to take up the issue with the concerned company and sort out the issue as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged for this favour. Regards.
